3-4 months ahead of time

01 お問合せ

Please contact us from the "Contact Us" page of this website. Our design staff will reply to you by e-mail within one business day (in principle), we will reply to you by e-mail.

02 WEB会議による打合せ

The design representative (who also has the role of salesperson) discusses the situation in a web meeting. This takes about one hour. The person mainly asks detailed questions about the product or service and roughly decides wording to put on the signs and the product display method. Other questions include requests related to the booth.
*The web meeting uses ZOOM. *For exhibitors who wish to ship internationally from Japan, please click here.

03 ブースデザインお見積者のご契約

We send a booth design and estimate by email. This is not a proposal method often seen of "selecting from a predefined design." We propose a booth design suited to your company based on the meeting content and your booth position. We send the estimate with the design. *We might ask you to make decisions looking at past decoration examples for the purpose of a quick proposal.
*We do not receive a design fee.

1-2 months ahead of time

"We make revisions if there are requests for revision of the proposed design.
*We allow about 1-2 revisions.
*There is no revision charge."

05 発注可否のお返事

When placing a formal order, please sign and return the quotation from us.
If your company's regulations require an order confirmation, we will send you an order confirmation.

Three weeks ahead of time

06 プースの仕構決定

This is the stage of having a finished booth design.
There are no revision spots for the layout, signs, or other items, and "all that remains is actual making the booth." Once this point is reached, we begin preparation of the booth structure and printing of the signs.

07 プース設営

We build the booth at the venue.
It is not necessary to come to the venue.

08 展示会前日

The person in charge on the customer side comes to the site.
Our representative for the booth is there to explain the electrical outlets and breaker and work with you on the monitor connection, playback confirmation, and panel installation.
Please feel free to ask about any other worries or uncertainties regarding the site.

09 展示会最終日

Once the exhibition finishes, our employees will come and remove the booth.
There is no need to be there for this step.
You are free to leave once you have products packed.
