Examples of solving common issues

Case 1:

Inability to contact the decoration firm

We did not receive email responses, and then when there was a reply, it simply said "it took time to confirm the email because I was busy." Time passed without progress in preparations, and our concerns increased. We ultimately had to find another decoration firm.

We solve it!

Unfortunately, the reality is that the decoration firm that received a request might not build the booth with 100% certainty. In this example, the person in charge avoided trouble by making the decision to switch to another company during the process and still managed to be ready for the event. it is important to remember that a variety of firms exist. The simplest way of identifying this type of firm is the (1) response speed and (2) whether there is contact about what to do next. We always provide a response within 24 hours on business days and contact the person in charge regarding what should be done and by when each time. (If nothing needs to be done, we inform the person that nothing has to be done.) We respond politely to inquiries received and even send reminders if a response from the person in charge is missing. You can rely on us with confidence because our staff member remains involved through the success of the exhibition.

Case 2:

Is missed arrangement of power source work an oversight of the person in charge?

When we went to the booth on the day before the exhibition, there were not any electrical outlets and the lighting did not work. When we asked the decoration firm, their response was "The electric power application is a task for the exhibitor, and are waiting for electricity too." Since the firm did not give any upfront explanation and we lacked knowledge as a first-time exhibitor, we thought the decoration firm would handle everything. Although it was possible to arrange it at the site, we received an expensive electricity bill from the Secretariat later on.

We solve it!

Since we confirm the schedule at the meeting and politely provide notices ranging from the exhibitor needed to submit an application to the Secretariat to the method of preparing documents, you will not face last-minute arrangement misses on the day before the exhibition.

Case 3:

Completed booth differs from the explanation

The lettering printed on the sign differed from the proposal image, and some letters were missing. When we confirmed this with the firm, the response was "we were planning to correct it." Things were tense up until the last momentum due to lack of progress with the revision work.

We solve it!

We confirm the image ahead of time. If something is missing, we then confirm by when and in what manner will the revision work proceed. We resolve the issue before the booth transfer.

Inquiry phase

Meeting phase

  • We do not just sit and wait to receive signage text from the client. Our staff member speaks in depth (for over an hour) with the client about product and service strengths and identifies your strengths that are truly capable of attracting visitors.
  • Since our designers offer wide-ranging advice and support from a perspective that goes beyond from booth production too, it becomes easier to imagine exhibition success goals even if you have concern about exhibition knowledge and experience.
  • Please share your rough budget with us. We can provide you with a reasonable system booth proposal and or an attractive wood booth proposal. If you don't have a sense of the budget, please feel free to consult with us. We complete budget-related adjustments prior to the proposal so that you can proceed to the next phase with confidence.

Post-proposal phase

  • Our proposals do not miss anything, and we explain in detail why the designer selected things from the standpoint of booth requirements and presenting exhibit products in an attractive manner. This supports smooth reporting and information sharing internally by the person in charge.
  • We almost entirely remove simple mistakes by proactively sending reminders about tasks that are easily overlooked, such as application tasks. You'll be satisfied with our detailed attentiveness.

On-site phase (at the exhibition site)

  • Since we send email notices with contact methods on the day before the event and during the event and the timing of work start on the day before the event, you can prepare smoothly at the site without having to wait. Our staff obviously will greet you with a smile at the booth on the day before the event.
  • Since our staff confirms booth specifications ahead of time, you receive the booth as proposed as the event site. Our staff members also provide thorough explanations of booth facilities. If there's something you don't understand on the day, we'll confirm whatever you need.
  • Since our staff members handle interactions with local firms as an intermediary, we offer detailed support, such as arranging additional items at the site, to the extent that can be ready in time.
  • Since we take responsibility for teardown work after the exhibition ends, the exhibitor can leave once it has things packed.
