There are two main ways to access from Bangkok city.
・Traveling by car (taxi)
・Transportation using railway + shared van
The best way to get to the Impact Arena is by car. Public transportation is not directly connected to the exhibition halls, so you can only access them by car. If you want to use public transportation, take the public train from Bangkok to BTS Mo Chit Station or MRT You can get to Chatuchak Station and use a shared van to get around cheaply.
However, moving with a suitcase takes physical strength, so if you can move with multiple people, we recommend that you use a taxi from Bangkok city to move even if it is more expensive.
There is also access from the neighboring Don Mueang International Airport, but flights arriving and departing from Japan are inconvenient due to the small number of flights. From Japan, it would be efficient to use Suvarnabhumi International Airport to enter Bangkok for one night, get over tiredness from traveling, and then take a taxi to the venue the next day.
Things to avoid when moving
If you’re driving from central Bangkok, it’s important to avoid traffic jams. If the expressway is free, it is a distance that can be reached in about 40 minutes, but the traffic jam in Thailand in the morning and evening is so crowded that even Thais cannot accurately assess the time, so it is better to move from 12pm to 15p, when the traffic congestion eases, or 5am or 6am before the traffic jam. Even so, please be prepared for traffic jams in the city to some extent and try to act with plenty of time. In addition, taxi drivers and local areas often only speak Thai, so in order to avoid being ripped off, it is safer to bring an interpreter who is familiar with Thai affairs, or to call a taxi to the hotel and ask the staff to tell the taxi where to go and check the price in advance.
