Customer issues
It was my first time exhibiting and I didn't know what was right and what was left, so I was nervous about exhibiting at an exhibition and looking for a vendor.
The booth size was 3m x 3m, and there were other customers’ booths on both sides, and the booth was located in a slightly disadvantageous position, with only one side facing a slightly narrow aisle. Essential oils and fragrance ingredients were on display. Based on the philosophy of [inspiring people through fragrance], we are a company that orders fragrance ingredients from all over the world and handles safe and reliable quality fragrances. However, it was my first time exhibiting at an exhibition, and I received an inquiry from our company not knowing how to prepare for the exhibition or how much budget I would need.
Booth Proposal Key Points
Proposal
Stylish booth decorations that highlight the appeal of your products
This booth was created using woodworking. Since the customer’s products this time are essential oils and fragrance ingredients, we designed the booth to be simple and clean, with clean blues, whites, and wood grain as the main tones. As mentioned above, the booth was located on a rather narrow street with only one side facing the aisle, so we wondered how we could make it stand out, and we decided that brightness and product appeal were important. I shall go. In addition to vertical signboards that clearly promote customers’ products as they pass through the aisles, downlights and tape lights illuminate the inside of the booth and the products, creating a brighter booth.
A signboard image that concisely conveys the appeal of the product
Since the product could be strongly promoted even with a small number of words, a signboard image was created with the minimum amount of wording. In addition, by incorporating images of raw materials that are reminiscent of fragrances, we designed the product to make the image more memorable. By incorporating a world map at the back of the booth to give it a global image, we are able to accurately convey to visitors ”what kind of products do we handle and what kind of things does our company do?” with little information.
Promote your products with a beautiful booth
What we value most is the ability to communicate to promote our products. Until now, we have promoted these things through text, but as shown in this booth, we have clearly explained the “suitable scene”, “suitable target”, and “suitable product” in a simple manner as in this example. Even a special booth, signboard, or visual image can attract customers.

The booth that best expresses the worldview we want to express
We received feedback from many visitors during the exhibition period.
Comments from the customer
Thank you for your cooperation. Thanks to you, we received more visitors than we expected over the three days.
Although it was our first time exhibiting, we were able to attract more customers than we expected, the booth was bright and nice, the signage was very easy to read, and it was very well received by the staff and visitors. We received many compliments. I like the tape lights as they are very bright, so I am very happy that they did what I suggested.
I would like to ask you to decorate the exhibition booth again next time.
These customers should definitely contact us.
Did you know that there is a considerable difference in the ability to propose and respond to different decoration company?
For exhibitors who are choosing a decoration company for the first time
Don't hire a vendor that calls itself an "original decorator" by letting you choose from several booth patterns. In fact, there is an optimal booth design for each product or service. If you hire a vendor who does not know it, you will have too much time on your hands during the exhibition, and it may be your first and last time exhibiting. Choosing a decorator for your first exhibition is more important than you can imagine. We welcome the opportunity to make a proposal to companies that are new to the industry.
For exhibitors who are not satisfied with their existing decorators
Since there are several processes that can be omitted in the preparatory work due to previous results, have you somehow requested the same place to do the work? The truth is that they are not satisfied with the proposal and the response, and they feel they need to do something about it, but they don't know what exactly to do about it...It is precisely at such times that we would like to have the opportunity to make a proposal to you. We promise you that you will no longer have to exhibit with a blurred feeling, and you will be able to fully realize what it means to produce results at an exhibition!
Three points of comparison to identify a good decoration company.

- We always confirm the results of the exhibition and reflect them in next year's proposal.
We do not provide only quotations or proposals, because it is difficult for our clients to have an image of success (problem solving) at the exhibition. We view booth design from a marketing perspective, understand the exhibitor's services, determine booth conditions, and propose a booth layout that will catch the attention of visitors. We also disclose a complete breakdown of unit costs in our jargon-free quotations. All of this is done free of charge up to the preparation of these documents, and we proceed to billing only after the exhibitor is satisfied with the proposed materials and signs the contract.
