The number of visitors was less than expected when we displayed in FACTECH 2023

This booth design example is that our company exhibited in FACTECH 2024 held at BITEC, Bangkok, Thailand in June, 2024.

In 2023, we exhibited the same exhibition (FACTECH 2023) with the booth we designed, however the number of the exchange of business cards was sluggish during a period of 4 days than we expected. Some attendees from Thailand mentioned that our booth looked not attractive.

Based on information gained in FACTECH 2023, we attended FACTECH 2024 with designed booth that can solve the following.

Direct Promotion Activity to Japanese Companies in Thailand

By displaying our service and achievement clearly in upper signboard, it is explained that we are booth contractor. Visitors watch our best feature “booth design that can express message what customer would like to explain” directly. The booth was designed that visitors can experience our best feature at the venue, that cannot be achieved only using 3D images.

Result

We had many business meetings in our booth

In FACTECH 2024, the number of business meetings with visitors was well over than the previous year. 69 business meetings that may lead to contract were held during a period of 4 days. We achieved great success. The information that “appealing booth by using signboard is highly effective for attracting customers also in Thailand like in Japan” is very valuable we gained in this exhibition. Business meetings with customers were held effectively because we can explain our service and our feature using booth signboard.

Evaluations from companies visited our booth that they mentioned high quality designed booth

Not only local companies in Thailand but companies in neighboring Asian countries mentioned that our booth design is very attractive and effective for their business.

Large LED Screen played booth's Landmark role

Large screen (width 2m * height 1.5m) was very conspicuous from a distance from main aisle. Many visitors paused to watch it interestingly. Introduction of LED display which can be large by connecting panels is an idea that widely expand the possibility of “booth design that can express message what customer would like to explain”.

Since this booth was exhibited in Thailand, with design not normally adopted in Japan in mind, we designed our booth using large display and daring curve line.

Don't hire a vendor that calls itself an "original decorator" by letting you choose from several booth patterns. In fact, there is an optimal booth design for each product or service. If you hire a vendor who does not know it, you will have too much time on your hands during the exhibition, and it may be your first and last time exhibiting.
